About Veltra

Veltra is a residential developer founded by an architect and three engineers whose combined careers span more than a century in the built environment. We acquire, design, develop and deliver residential projects end-to-end — bespoke homes, duplexes, townhouse collections and master-planned communities — with the discipline of seasoned operators and the eye of people who care how a street ages over forty years.

The name says it: Velocity + extra. We move decisively because we already know what to do — and we add the extra because it's the difference between a project and a place that endures.

You're in safe hands. Each project is led personally by a founder — the architect or one of the engineers responsible for it.
